Landlord will not ask for admin fee in bookings with stay ONLY in July and August. Price of the rent will vary from September onwards - please ask to the landlord for confirmation on the price. This beautiful and sunny city is certainly a wonderful place to study and it's no wonder that it is the third most populated city in the Europe, as there are plenty of things to see and experience everywhere around you. If you're coming here to stay for the next couple of months, then we have a homely spot for you here in Recoletos. You'll be living in a trendy area, close to Centro Universitario Villanueva UCM and the beautiful Parque de El Retiro as well as within reach of Retiro metro station and several cool points of interest such as Museo Arqueológico Nacional, Palacio de Cristal and Museo de Cera!\r\nThe property features ten cosy bedrooms, all of which are fresh, tidy and very inviting, three bathrooms, a WC, a large and comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchen where you'll be able to prepare all sort of tasty meals and treats. If you're looking to live in a place that is well-connected and close to many interesting spots, then this is certainly a great choice!\r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old. Bed linen and towels are NOT included. the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
