With four comfortable rooms, a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare and cook the most delicious meals, a full bathroom and a separate toilet, Wi-Fi internet, elevator and doorman, outside, with balconies and beautiful views of wide avenue, Marina Street. Weekly cleaning of common areas requires the payment of 15e month. November to Mayo will pay 15e a month for increase of supplies and 100 extra monthly per second tenant, if is possible in the room.

Poor quality/price ratio: The floor is broken and there’s a sports mat to cover the damage. One outlet is sealed because it doesn't work. The room is, in general, in a bad condition. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is perfect but I had reconstruction of balcony most of time that I stayed so it was quite big minus for money what I paid, but it’s not fault of landlord .
