Welcome to a unique place in a historic building in the most chic area in Madrid. Your premises include a double room and a drawing room - 3 balconies- in a 190 m2 flat-, situated next to the main entrance so you'll enjoy total independence and privacy from the rest of the apartment. The Fornasetti lavatory next to the dining room is also for your use only. Common places are: Library, dining-room, kitchen and shower room. I have years of experience hosting people from different backgrounds and culture. I'm fluent in French, English, Italian, and Spanish. The apartment is fantastically located close to Madrid central universities, Retiro Park, the National Library, and Museums. Set in the fanciest neighbourhood in Madrid, Chueca, at walking distance to Malasaña and main in-town shopping areas. I will be the only flatmate, I live with 2 little rescue dogs.
