O apartamento é bem equipado e confortável, excelente para uma longa estadia. O edifício possui elevador, o que facilita bastante com bagagens. Localiza-se em uma área guarnecida de amplo comércio, o que facilita a deslocação a pé. O senhorio é uma pessoa amigável e de fácil comunicação.

Five stars! The location is great (but it's pretty noisy from the street). Miguel is the best possible landlord, welcoming and always helpful. The apartment has both dishwasher, washing machine and parking garage. Also, the Asian food court in the ground floor is super nice, big recommendation!
