Large room in the heart of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, 1 minute from Plaza Real, Las Ramblas, 10 minutes walk from the beach, with supermarkets very close by to do all the necessary everyday shopping. The apartment has only two bedrooms and each of them is located at the ends of the apartment, so you have a lot of privacy, it's like living practically alone! The ideal tenant is at least 30 years old. They are accepted as a pet only if it is a cat. The farm is very quiet and we want to keep it that way!
