Maximum stay equal to 1 month! Please note that the cost of the utilities is equal to 200 euros per month. Every two weeks cleaning of the room and change of sheets will cost 35 euros, mandatory. In a safe residential area, three minutes from the Bande Nere metro, in Viale San Gimignano, you will have a large room with a newly renovated private bathroom and air conditioning. The balcony overlooks the internal garden, a luxury for Milan. with lots of greenery, and a furnished supermarket 200 meters away, in 10 minutes metro, you will be in the city center. Please note that the use of the kitchen is exclusively the landlady's. A nice and quiet dog also lives in the house. I rent at the beginning for only one month, and then we evaluate together whether it is appropriate to continue or not. Fast Internet and you could smoke only on the balcony.
