Our home is in the Niño Jesús neighborhood, next to Retiro Park. It is a very well connected area, bus; C-1, C-2, 26, 152, 63. 15 minutes from Atocha and half an hour's walk from the Prado Museum and Thissen Museum. Metro: lines: 6, 9 and 1. Gyms and sports areas nearby The house, second floor with elevator, has central heating, individual hot water, Wi-Fi, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The room we rented does not have a private bathroom. The apartment is on a second floor with an elevator. There is a doorman in the building from Monday to Friday. The tenant will share the flat with the people who live in the house: Rita, daughter, 22 years old, undergraduate student. C1 in English. Veronica, pensioner. Having students at home is a unique opportunity to learn new habits and enrich relationships. We prefer boys but we don't care about girls either.
