This appartment is a very good place to stay. It is very close to IST and the Alameda metro station, which has 2 metro lines. The room was spacious and clean. The furniture was in a decent shape. Similarly, the common areas were excellent. The kitchen has been renovated recently and has all the equipment you need: a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher etc. It is cleaned very well every week by the landlady and another cleaning lady. The living room has enough space to invite some friends over for dinner or watch some tv. The bathroom was clean and in a good shape as well. In short, this is a very pleasant place to live and the price is definitely not bad!
