Cosy one-bedroom loft a stone's throw from Palazzo Vecchio

Bright loft in a historic building in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a stone's throw from Palazzo Vecchio and all the main monuments of the city. This is a very cozy apartment organized on two levels: on the lower level there is a large living room and the kitchen, while on the upper level we find the double bedroom which is furnished with two single beds that can be joined and a complete bathroom with shower. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (4 euros per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
