The property is in very good condition, there was a few things to fix but the landlord send someone in a matter of hours and they fixed it. We're very happy with the area, has very good connections with both Metro and Bus. I absolutely recommend it!

NO NOS GUSTO nada el piso, en general muy descuidado y abandonado, NO fiarse de las fotos....la mampara del BAÑO estaba rota y se sale todo el agua por lo que estábamos más tiempo fregando el baño que duchándonos, la CAMA está medio rota, tuvimos que comprar patas. La CALLE en la que está situado el piso es muy peligrosa, mucha gente sospechosa que no nos agradó mucho, de echo tuvimos algún problema con alguno de ellos...

It was a fine apartment, lived there for almost 5 months. It is located between two metro stations and it is very fast to come to the centrum of Madrid. The area is fine very local, with schools and a sports arena on the same street. Casa de campo is only 2 minuttes away, great area.
