The apartment is on the first floor of a nice building that overlooks a quiet, low-traffic street just steps from the Piazza Paolo Uccello tramway line 1 stop. The house has been completely renovated and is in excellent condition. Ideal for a couple visiting Florence, the apartment consists of a kitchen, a large double bedroom, a complete bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the street. Here you can enjoy numerous comforts: air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, oven and much more. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
