Not only is it surrounded by lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and pleasant areas to explore, but it also has several public transport connections 5 minutes from the Marquês de Pombal metro station that will take you anywhere you want, not forgetting that the Autonomous University is down the street. The property has a total of six bedrooms, two common bathrooms, and a kitchen. All rooms are very fresh, comfortable and cozy, one of them has a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities. That way, you and your flatmates have everything you need to feel at home.

Room is much smaller than it looks like. Bed was uncomfortable, and the springs underneath was kind of ruined. When I first moved in there was mold everywhere in the ceiling and it took some weeks before I got them to clean it. The bathroom was small and the shower/half bathtub was painted and a lot of the paint was peeled away and the drains were really bad. The common area sucked as there was 6 people sharing a small fridge and there were only two bowls and no dishwasher. Good thing is that the location was really good. Close to the schools and close to the city. Would I like to stay here again ?? No. I would not stay here for even 250 euros a month.

The room is great, it is very large and very nice. The location of the apartment is excellent, as it is close to the city centre, close to the metro, and the gym & grocery store are just down the street. Be warned that the apartment is on a busy corner close to some dumpsters, so you can often hear loud noises such as honking, traffic, and the dumpsters being emptied, sometimes in the middle of the night. The kitchen and bathrooms are fine, nothing special. The major drawback of this apartment is that there is no common area/living room, making it hard to get to know your flatmates, even the kitchen is too small for multiple people to sit and have a meal. Overall though, the apartment is nice and it is good value for your money.

Very central location. A little noisy, because close to a big street, but Lisbon is noisy everywhere. The rooms were nice, very bright, huge bed, everything you need is there. The flat lacks a common area like a living room or a bigger kitchen. The two bathrooms were decent and the 3rd sink in front of them useful. The house and therefore the wiring is old, so if one uses too much electricity, the fuse will pop (especially annoying during cooking). The flat is on the 4th floor and the house has an elevator. Supermarkets are close by.

I really loved the position of the apartment in the city. I studied at IST and could walk there in 15 minutes. To Baixa-Chiado it is a 10-15 min walk and Marquês de Pombal metro station is a 5 min walk away. The apartment is in fairly good shape and most appliances worked well. Due to the location on a corner with a traffic light and a lot of traffic at rush hour it can become very loud. This car horn concert can become a bit unnverving when trying to study. The apartment is generally well equipped with everything one needs although certain things like the windows need a renovation. The cleaning company that comes every week has different people working for them, some of which clean fairly well and others don't really do anything at all. Very positive is the number of bathrooms and toilets (3) and also the kitchen has everything one needs. My room had a sufficient size for the length of my stay and had everything I needed. Heaters and warm blankets for winter are included and a fan for summer is also there. It should be noted that the expenses for water, electricity, cleaning and internet were higher than included in the rent so that everybody had to pay 105€ extra each in the end. This of course is due to our own use and I saw the invoices, so that was definitely legitimate. All in all I would recommend this apartment although it is a little bit expensive for what it is. Ricardo is an honest person and takes care of problems and is open for recommendations. Nice apartment with small flaws but generally in good shape and in a very practical and safe location.
