This cozy apartment is an excellent choice for your stay in Porto! Great location - Paranhos - with easy access to Fernando Pessoa University, Portucalense University and the University Campus. You'll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and stores within walking distance. Public transport 200m away - direct line to the University Campus. The apartment is comfortable and has been recently renovated. It has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas, 4 bedrooms, a garden and patio where you can use a washing machine. There are other student apartments in the condominium, which will allow you to integrate quickly into Porto life! Visits are allowed according to the Landlord's rules. There will be weekly visits which include preventive maintenance of the spaces. The security deposit (= 1 rent + 50€) must be paid on the day the contract is signed. The whole process is automatic and online.
