Charming old apartment in Lavapiés, large and very well connected in the center of Madrid, Metro lines 1 and 3 nearby. The apartment has two separate rooms. I live in one and rent the other one consisting of a large bedroom with a double bed connected to a living room/workshop with balcony facing the street. Common areas large bathroom and mini kitchen. Lots of light, lift and three cats. I am looking for an educated and quiet student or professional girl... who likes cats! Please note that for the summer the owner accepts bookings of a minimum one month but for the school year she prefers longer bookings
