Both Clara and her husband where nice to me! The room was not that bad but the location was not so good. It was like 8 stops from Catalunya, but it has a lot of lines.

First of all, the place was not worth the money we paid. The flat was dirty and dark. It has got one tiny bathroom and one tiny kitchen with one tiny fridge that were used by over 6 people at times. There is no more space for others because the family occupies all of it so we could not leave our things in the bathroom nor in the kitchen, we had to keep everything in our room which was problematic because we are a couple. Moreover, when we got there we got a key to lock OUR ROOM because the landlord said that the place is not safe. As I mentioned before we are a working couple so one pair of the keys was really annoying because we had to plan our day in order to get to the flat. On top of that the doorbell did not work. The family smoked in the flat so the smell was terrible. Furthermore, once a lady who we did not know entered our room in the middle of the night and woke us up because she needed keys to open the door!!!! During our stay we were left with a person who stayed in the living room drinking alcohol and watching TV for three days, they didn't tell us who she was nor anything, they just gave her keys and she occupied the living room for the before mentioned time.

Best choice for the price. Excellent location 5 minute walk to La Sagrera ( Metro: L1; L5; L9; L10 Rodalies: R3; R4; R12). Landlord was very friendly and attentive. The room itself is not too big however it is cosy and comfortable. Big wardrobe and chest of drawers have enough space to store your stuff. Definitely worth the price.

Internet going down a lot, a lot of noise, and really far from transports. The good thing was I didn't have to clean it was included and the price was really good. Very cheap.
