Beautiful fully furnished and renovated two bedroom apartment with lots of natural light in a re-modeled art deco building in Heróis do Quionga street. Very well located about 5 minutes walk from the metro in Praça do Chile and other public transport. The street is just off Morais Soares Avenue which has many restaurants, cafe's, shops and other services. The apartment is on a second floor with no elevator. It consists of a lounge, two bedrooms, a bathroom, balcony room next to the kitchen and a kitchen equipped with the following dish washer, microwave, electric hob and oven, fume extractor and refrigerator. Top hinged Windows which can open slightly, wooden shutters for the bedroom windows, thermic isolation, Wifi internet and digital pre-programmable heaters.

The apartment was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable there, it has everything you need. Roger is very helpful and always available if there are any problems or questions. The connection to the green metro line is also great, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly.

Roger is a great landlord, really friendly and responsive. Every issue we have encountered has been tackled in a timely and great manner. The neighborhood is central and well connected. Besides, the flat has everything needed. We really liked it! :)

A great bright apartment in an amazing and colourful neighbourhood. Super calm and cozy area with a lovely park and cafes nearby. Supermarkets and two metro stations (red & green) right around the corner and a nice and helpful Landlord – what more could you ask for? ?? I would recommend it big time!

Great place in a fun neighborhood. The apartment is set up with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The area is awesome. Lots of nice little cafes, restaurants and bars to discover. Quick metro trip to the city center. Roger the landlord is super nice, accommodating and quick to respond.

Great location, near 2 metro stations, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is a big apartment, very comfortable, with really everything you need. And the landlord is great, you can rely on him for anything you need.
