The bedrooms are simple but nicely decorated and well lit, the living room is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. What's more, this apartment is located in a very good area, close to everything you might need during your stay. You'll be close to the Mondego river - a place where you can relax - and the University of Coimbra!

The kitchen is so big, and to have an individual heating is a really good idea, but the neighbours are kind of whine with the noise

The location of flat was good - to city center it takes 10 mins. The city part was beautiful also all apartmant. Everything was new and clean.

The landlord was really helpful and always reacted as quickly as possible. The apartment was very clean and tidy including most of necessary housing equipment. Would definitely recommend this flat as a place to live in Coimbra.

The house is very cozy, with heating, excellent rooms size and comfortable. You can rest well, it is not noisy and the owner attends immediately in case of a problem or any issue. One person assists in cleaning common areas once a week. Good illumination and close to the market. I recommend it.
