Good location - very close to three important stations serviced by three important metro lines. The place is always clean, and all facilities and appliances are in good condition. Excellent value for money. Buena ubicación, muy cerca de tres importantes estaciones atendidas por tres importantes líneas de metro. El lugar está siempre limpio, y todas las instalaciones y electrodomésticos están en buenas condiciones. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

My room was small but I adjusted to it!! It had a very homely feel to it!! And apartment in general was very good!! I had no problems whatsoever!! I have no complains!! Definitely recommend students to live there!!

Amazing place to stay if you are looking for a homely atmosphere. Warm and cozy rooms with a wonderful landlady. Lots of places around and moreover you get to enjoy the company of other students who also live in the same apartment. Overall enjoyed my stay there. I wish I come back again if possible.

I think is a great place for a student, you have three metro stations nearby, a lot of supermarkets few blocks from home, many restaurants also and you are not that far from the downtown of Madrid. The whole apartment is pretty big and the common areas are very confortables. The bedroom has enough space, even if the bed looks small in the pictures (I'm 6''/ 1.83 mts) I had no problems at all. The quality/price ratio is unique because is really hard to find a good place for that amount in a zone like this. I really recommend it.
