Primeiramente gostaria de destacar que o senhorio é fantástico, ele e sua esposa fazem um trabalho incrível gerenciando os quartos e apartamentos que disponibilizam para arrendar. Pode-se contar com tudo que estiver ao alcance deles. Em relação ao quarto, ficamos num quarto sem janela. Já sabíamos que o quarto não tinha janela e arrendamos mesmo assim, então não tenho como culpar ninguém por isso. No entanto, para mim foi uma experiência muito negativa a ausência da janela, sugiro sempre escolher um dos outros três quartos com janela. O resto da casa é razoável, tem uma varanda boa, a cozinha é pequena para cinco pessoas, mas sempre nos atendeu dentro do possível, tem uma despensa boa e o único banheiro da casa é também razoável, mas igualmente sempre nos atendeu. O apartamento fica no quarto andar sem elevador, era um pouco cansativo, mas eu já sabia desse detalhe antes de arrendar, então não posso reclamar também. No geral, nada de excepcional e nada de terrível. Talvez o único grande inconveniente sejam as portas antigas com muitas frestas, possibilitando ouvir tudo de quartos adjacentes. A região do Saldanha é fantástica, certamente uma das melhores regiões para se morar em Lisboa, situa-se no centro das linhas de metro, tornando muito fácil ir para qualquer uma das 4 linhas disponíveis. Tem bons super mercados, lanchonetes, academia e transportes públicos muito próximos ao prédio.

The temperature varied a lot with the weather, which means that it was really hot during September and freezing from November to January! The electric radiators in the rooms could not be used bc of bad wiring. "Cleaning included" means about once a month. Really nice and helpful landlord though!
