The apartment was excellent! We had a cleaner come weekly and she was very nice. The room was everything that was advertised and the common kitchen had lots of supplies. The location was great and right next to a metro and bus stop stop. The landlord was good at communicating and very accommodating.

I had a great stay there! The room is bright and spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are clean and well-equipped. The landlord is friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet apartment close to downtown.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment, it was fresh and fully equpipped, being thoroughly cleaned every week which made my life easier there. Connection with the city centre and many other places is amazing because metro station for lines 3 and 6 is 2 minutes away. Strongly recommend to stay.

The apartment was recently renovated and that really shows! It is right next to the metro station Moncloa, easy to get to the city (only 4 stops away), and the neighbourhood is perfect for learning Spanish (since mainly locals live here). The landlord is willing to help out with any problems!
