I recomend this appartment to everyone. The landlord is very involved and there to help with everything ;) Special thanks to Maria and Marcia for taking care of rooms and common areas. Would love to stay there next time I'm in Matosinhos.

Location is great, but the problems with the landlord make you don't want to live there. Front door does not close properly and will stand open during the night, even people outside the street told me that the door is wide open at midnight. Landlord won't do anything against it. Really close to a good surf beach but landlord complains about surfboards, sand....

The photographs reflect the reality of the room and house conditions. If you search for a privileged place near to the Matosinhos beach, near to the metro station and with lots of shops and supermarkets in the surroundings, this is a great option.

Este foi uma das melhores casas em que fiquei nos últimos tempos. Sempre super arrumada e muito organizada com espaços comuns muito generosos e uma cozinha muito bem equipada e com a melhor localização do mundo com o metro à porta tem tudo aquilo que é preciso para se poder desfrutar de uma estadia
