This apartment is very well located in a nice, calm neighbourhood with little noise in the night time. Very well commuted with two metro lines Tetuan and Arc de triomf and various buses from gran via. 3km to the beach, 5min walk to plz. catalunya. Big sunny PRIVATE terrace with great views and a big grill. The flat has 500Mb fibre optic wi-fi and netflix. The bedroom has a VERY comfortable double bed and mattress, wardrobe, shoe wardrobe, small table and a small chair and two shelves with hooks. Right from in front of the bedroom there is straight access to the terrace, in total there are 3 big double sliding doors to the terrace in the apartment, one from each bedroom and one from the living room. There is also a yoga studio in the same building if you happen to like yoga. I live alone with two little friendly dogs. I am usually working or training, I love sports.
