Note: only for our properties located in Milan: for reservations with check-in between March 4 and April 15, inclusive, the first two months of your reservation must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Check-out between April 3 and April 13, 2025, inclusive, is not allowed. The security deposit and the administration fee for initial and final cleaning must be paid to the owner no later than two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed before check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the inability to enter the apartment. This is because the hosting provider is a company according to its rules and the regulations of Italian law for preparing the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a reliable owner. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental agreement. You can request one by contacting the local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate at most one week before check-in. If you are unable to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will be applied. Wi-Fi internet, utilities, construction expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and is set based on the size of the apartment. If you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement). If you wish to leave the apartment earlier, please inform us at least 21 days in advance. Check-in time: daily from 3 PM to 9 PM. Check-out time: 11 AM. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).
