I like the location. It's very close to a lot of places. I really dont like the fact that the landlord lives with us. Plus the room doesn't have a wardrobe so if you have a lot of clothes, itll be hard fitting everything in a little drawers unit.

The room is very nice but a little bit noisy because you can hear the neighbours as well as when someone in the appartment is talking but you can't hear any noise from the street, which is good. The window is towards the inner courtyard so there is not much daylight. the bathroom is very clean but the living room isn't that beautiful and the kitchen is poorly equipped and not always super clean. The apartment is well located in a not much frequented street close to the heart of Malasana.
