The room is gorgeous and a decent size for a student; I especially love the large wardrobe. The whole apartment is very spacious, very well equipped and organised. 12 minutes walking distance to my school (IED Barcelona). A large Bonpreu supermarket is located right underneath the building. An apartment that is very good value for money. Only dislikes I have are the irregular cleaning schedule (a cleaner is due once a month but is not stated when) and the apartment is located on the fourth level of an old fashioned building, with no elevator and only a dark and narrow stairwell. However all the pros of the property over weigh any cons. Highly recommendable!
