Sunny and Comfortable Room, located in a very calm area of Barcelona: just a few minutes' walk from the Seafront, Bogatell beach, Barceloneta, Ciutadella Park and the Center. It's close to the Pompeu Fabra University and Ibei. Very well connected with public transport too: metro L1 L4, tram, bus. Room is fitted with a bed, a big writing desk, a wide closet and a bright exterior window. I'm looking for a polite and co-operative person, who want to stay in a peaceful and clean house. Bills, Fiber Optic Internet and Cleaning of the apartment are included in the price.
