Tiago is a very kind landlord who helps fast when problems are ocurring. The room and bathroom is in a good condition and the whole flat gets cleaned once per week which is a very positive aspect. The neighbourhood is not the best however the location is very easily reachable and offers shops nearby

The location is perfect, very close to the subway and the market, and whenever I needed help, landloard Tiago responded quickly. The house has everything you need. The furniture is great.

Tiago is a great landlord and very helpful. The place has a great location, McDonalds nearby, metro station literally right around the corner, a lot of bus lines, and a large supermarket is literally a 3 minute walk. The apartment is great, very clean, quiet at night. Highy recommend it.

Tiago is very nice, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The metro station is literally around the corner of the building and there are supermarkets very close by.

The room is very neat and is well priced for all utilities included in the package. The landlord, Tiago, is extremely kind and hospitable and goes out of his way to help his tenants. The apartment is perfectly placed in front of the metro station. I would highly recommend living here.
