Studio in a characteristic building in Madrid on the lower semi-basement accessed by a doorway with stairs, equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge under the counter, an induction hob and a microwave, a bathroom with a shower, a built-in wardrobe, a double bed, a table, chairs, a 22-inch TV and an electric heater. Located in the heart of the Barrio de Las Letras, in the heart of Madrid, close to Atocha station, Calle de Huertas and the main museums, a few steps from the Atocha and Antón Martín metro stations, line 1. The price includes Wi-Fi internet connection and community fees. Electricity consumption is NOT included. A security deposit of 600e is required and is refundable at the end of the stay.
