Room to rent in a 2 Bedroom Living Room Big Terrace Apartment Flat was previously my living house, it is not a traditional students house with rooms, it is a normal living house with a big sunny terrace south facing and a living room. All is available for tenants, only two in the house. You can visit the house and point me stuff you need I can try to arrange. There is an Air Condition unit in the living room, so bills are hard to figure and include. I can make a deal with a limit on consuption, or leave all to the tenants. Its open for discussion. The building has some repairs to be done, one elevator is out of work, only one working. Water Pipes might be replaced in the building, if it happens rent will be deducted.
