Landlord will not ask for admin fee in bookings with stay ONLY in July and August. Price of the rent will vary from September onwards - please ask to the landlord for confirmation on the price. The apartment is really well-located and is filled with several green areas nearby, such as Parque de Atenas or the Sabatini Gardens.\r\nThe flat features eight beautifully furnished bedrooms, a complete living room, an equipped kitchen ready with everything you might need for your basic cooking needs and two shared bathrooms as well.\r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old.
