If you're coming to Lisbon to study and want to be in a central location, then take a look at this amazing residence. Come and share your experience with a handful of friends! The residence features thirty-two modern bedrooms, spread through six floors. Every floor has its own kitchenette and shared bathrooms, so you'll have all the privacy you need - many of the bedrooms also have an ensuite bathroom. On the top floor you'll find a shared kitchen and on the ground floor there's a cool living room. If you want to enjoy Lisbon's great weather, then don't miss the newly-refurbished terrace on the ground floor. Each floor has six rooms in total, three of which have private bathrooms and the other three share two bathrooms. So, you only need to share your bathroom with one person at the most. This property has a great location, next to most universities and several metro station.

I stayed in the residence for 5 months and from the beginning it didn't suit me. The only thing that I really like twas the location of the residence. But apart from that, it is one big machine to make money on you. If you want to feel like in prison, be controlled by monitoring in every place, pay very high penalties for everything ( ex. not throwing away rubbish in the proper bin-50 euros) and see how people make money on you offering you totally inadequate conditions comparing to the price- it's for you.The walls were covered with fungus, kitchen was constantly dirty (despite everyday cleaning). There were also constant problems with the internet connection. The common space which shows big tv screen, table football or billiards has to be paid to be used. When arriving at the residence you get your own kitchen set- one plate, one bowl, set of cutlery- if you want to invite friends, better take many plastic items with you, because you do not have access to any more. I do not recommend to book this place at all.

The residence is fine, it has a good location because in 15 minutes you can go at University´s Nova and FCSH. It is near to metro station (5 minutes, BLUE AND RED line) and it is near to supermarkerts too. I didn´t like the penalties of the residence but if you follow the rules, you will not to pay anything.

The place is 15 minutes far from NOVA School of Business and Economics. Furthermore, it's 10 minutes far from Lidl, Pingo Doce and El Corte Inglés. The neighboroud is very quite. The residence is plenty of students from all around the World!

the location was good but definitely not worth the environment of the place Be very aware when making this reservations, the landlords are not honest.
