If you are not a student, the NIF is mandatory. If you're looking for a room in a newly refurbished apartment close to the metro, this one between Campo Pequeno and Areeiro is perfect for you! This is a great neighbourhood, in a well-served location that is filled with cafés, restaurants and shops. You'll also be within walking distance of Instituto Superior Técnico. This flat has seven bedrooms, one common bathroom, a WC and a kitchen, which features an enclosed balcony where you can have your meals! All the bedrooms are comfortable, bright and large, with a lovely décor that will help you relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need to cook your favourite meals. You may check-in from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Outside of business hours, weekends and holidays a fee of €34.99 will be applied. This is a practical and pleasant apartment that will definitely make your experience here unforgettable!

O quarto está localizado no 4 andar de um prédio sem elevador, pelo lado bom vai emagrecer.

Very close to FCSH Nova, also pretty close to metrostations and a supermarket.

Nice, big room. Cleaning lady every week or twice a week (cleaning only common areas). Good for people who don't want party in their apartment. No living room unfortunatelly. The kitchen is medium size, might be too small for 8 people. Most of tenants were Portuguese people, I was only erasmus student.
