The big plus with this flat is that it's located in a great area, very close to the city centre. There is a small convenience shop in the same building, but nearest bigger supermarket is approximately 10-15 minutes away. In terms of the apartment itself, I thought it was smaller than the photos gave impression of. As a tall person (1.77m), I had to duck not to hit my head in the lamp in the kitchen and the bathroom doorway. In my opinion it's not really suited for long term - there is no storage space, the kitchen is not very well equipped (no frying pans or chopping boards, for example). When I moved in, there were also ants in the flat, but they disappeared after I got some ant spray. The biggest minus was the bed that was extremely squeeky to the extent that you woke yourself up when sleeping in it on your own. You can also hear everything that's going on in the staircase as if people were actually in your room.
