Imagine an international family: she is French, he is Italian and both traveled a lot around the world. A typical two storey Tuscan country house surrounded by fields planted with sunflowers and wheat. A huge garden shaded with trees. A postcard scenery with low hills on the horizon and the historical little town of Cortona well in sight. A remarkable position between Siena and Perugia, only a few kilometers from Trasimeno lake and Arezzo. Two daughters of whom one, high-school aged, still living at home. Two dogs outdoor. This is what we would like to share offering our guests a large and bright double room “de charme” with parquet, a private bathroom and an independent entrance. Our wish is both to make good use of the space a big house implies and to go on travelling by meeting guests from all over the world. We speak Italian , French and English. We are interested in almost everything: good books, music, movies, geopolitics, art, sports... We can provide language lessons (Italian and French) for our guests (Odile is a language teacher), as well as cooking lessons (Michele is an oenologist and had a restaurant for some time). We can organize wine tastings, visits to wine cellars, excursions by foot, bike, scooter! We'll prepare breakfast with homemade bread and on demand we'll cook a special lunch or dinner for you. If you don't have a car, we`ll offer lifts to the nearest train station (direct line to Firenze or Rome).
