Come and feel happy renting an affordable new apartment. This nice and safe apartment is a good option. It has a perfect location in the new town of Quito at just one block to a big Supermarket where you can buy from groceries to clothes. Turning right in the corner there is an ATM, pharmacy, and bakery. Few steps you can take different buses or taxi to Old town (at 20 minutes) and Mariscal (at 15 minutes). Crossing the main street there is a small park with exercise machine to do for free or walk around 10 minutes walk to Carolina park (big park in Quito) and to Quicentro Mall. At just two blocks you will find a laundry place. This apartment is very spacious and in the second floor building and it has two rooms from 1 to 6 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, 1 ½ bathroom hot shower, spacious two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Free Wi-fi and cable TV.
