I am a secondary school teacher and live with a friend in a 4 bedroom house. Very quiet clean and short bus ride to city which is 3km away. QMC hospital and Nottingham University Jubilee Campus is nearby also. There are 2 Double rooms available in a large 4 bedroom detached house with parking facilities, lockable bike store and large private back garden with seating area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and 2 ovens, washing machine gas central heating, downstairs w.c. and fully refurbished bathroom. There is wi fi and television in each bedroom with a double bed with memory foam mattress, mirror, wardrobe with hangers desk and chair at present the t.v is only freeview. Hairdryer and towels are provided. There is no sky multi room. There are 2 rooms available for family and friends type bookings. Payment should be made on arrival in either cash for short stays of less than 5 days or by PayPal for longer stays. Stays of more 3 days less than 21 days require you to send a £20 booking fee refundable if the stay is cancelled two weeks prior to your arrival date. For stays of one month or more a £100 deposit should be paid via PayPal or bank transfer to secure the booking. Again this is fully refundable if you cancel your stay two weeks prior to the arrival date.
