Our house is near the pinnawala Elephant orphanage (20 km )and kandy (maligawa tooth relic temple), peradeniya botanical garden,ancient and historical places (embakke, lankathilaka and gadaladeniya temples). you could travel to sigiriya lions rock,dambulla cave temple etc. we can arrange elephant riding and visit elephant museum. we live in a very beautiful, quiet and relaxing location.very large beautiful garden. situated in a estate, top of the mountain.Four members in our family. husband, son, daughter and my self. we can serve home made quality sri lankan foods ,etc. If necessary travel agents available.

As we understand being the first guests at Niroshani and her family's home we received a very warm welcome. Not to be "all inclusive hotel customers", but kind of people interested in people, nature, culture, habits and any type of local specialities of a country visited, we could not pick a better place to stay. Top of the hill, mid of a rubber plantation this place is a piece of heaven. It is calm, relaxed and beautiful, people around us were really nice and helpful. Highly recommended to visit this homestay and use the possibility to see, taste, feel Sri Lanka by talkig to and learning from this wonderful family about a World differs so much from our "western" way of life. If ever Sri Lanka, deffinitly be back to her home, thank you Niroshani.
