We live in a secure home in the heart of Runda, an estate that is close to the US & Canadian embassies as well as the United Nations complex hosting UNEP among other agencies. Also close by are major retail centers the most famous one being the Village Market Mall. We live in relatively new home consisting of six bedrooms all en-suite. The living room is large and can accommodate a party,...it opens to balcony. We have ample free parking space for cars . Annexed to the main house is self contained guest wing comprising of living room, kitchen, bedroom , bathroom and toilet. We have solar water heating which is very effective all year round except for the cold months of June, July & August when electricity is used to heat water. The house was built to accommodate a family of seven,.. two parents and five children, but all the children except one have left home. So my wife and I together with our son, wife and baby girl ; would welcome visitors to share the big house with us. We also have a home in the rural setting about 400 km to the west of Nairobi. For those guests who would be interested in visiting there, we will be glad to make the arrangements. The road trip passes through the scenic Rift Valley and undulating plains of tea estates
