Ideal place for a solo traveler. It feels safe as Elizabeth is a great and reliable host. It also is really clean and comfy. Location is excellent as well. Thanks for a great stay !

Elizabeth and her partner were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. The apartment is generally very quiet at night although sound does carry quite easily between some rooms. I had one unfortunate night with some guests have a loud conversation near midnight but most nights were no problem. The apartment is close to several Metro stations and plenty of bus and tram options. It is just 20 minutes walk to the Chain Bridge and less than 10 minutes to St. Stephen's Basilica. The area feels safe and has a great choice of cafes and restaurants. The Opera House is just 5 minutes walk away, so that gives the area another good reason to find cafes etc. Travel from and to the airport was easy with the 100E bus and I managed to walk easily from the apartment to the bus stop, even with my luggage. I very much enjoyed my stay in Budapest and would definitely contact Elizabeth's homestay as my first choice for any future visits.
