We live in a small house in Nice on the heights of the beginning of the Grande Corniche, a little away from the center and close to transport (7 minutes walk from the tram and 12 minutes walk from the trains from Riquier station). The accommodation is an independent studio of 20m2, with equipped kitchenette and private shower room, quiet, sunny and with a breathtaking view. Possibility of a second bed in a very comfortable folding bed (slatted base). Ideal for students of the University of St Jean d'Angely (less than 10 minutes walk). We love music, films and speak English and Italian.

J’ai été ravie de mon voyage chez Mireille et je la recommande vivement! Studio propre , bien tenu et préparez vos jumelles pour admirer la vue imprenable sur Nice de la fenêtre Mireille a été adorable et accueillante et je reviendrai sans aucun doute car je garde de ce séjour un très agréable souvenir Merci Mireille

Eccezionali e molto accoglienti. La camera è dotata di tutto, con una vista eccezionale. Visto il prezzo è miglior posto dove soggiornare quando siete a Nizza.

Super séjour dans le studio de Mireille et son mari, couple très accueillant, tous les deux adorables, souriants, prêts à rendre service et très discrets. J'ai même eu droit à de délicieux citrons bio de leur arbre. Petit studio très fonctionnel, propre, avec salle de bain et petite cuisine indépendante, très calme avec une superbe vue et très bien situé. Je recommande à 100 % !!!

Mon séjour à Nice chez Mireille, est un souvenir très agréable. Une famille chaleureuse, accueillante, près à vous aider si le besoin se présente. Leur studio est propre et confortable. Mireille And her family were very nice and hospitable to me. Her husband Antoine gave me some tomatoes from their garden and they even invited me over for a meal one night. overall it was a very great experience. Area was very nice and quiet and it had a great view of the city of Nice. I highly recommend them as hosts.

Mireille and her husband were excellent hosts. They were so welcoming and friendly and provided me a nice stay in Nice. The location was really convenient and accessible as they live near a tram stop and a train station. There are also supermarkets nearby. The view from their house is beautiful. The studio apartment was nice and clean with independent kitchen and bathroom facilities. I had a pleasant stay and I will come back again if I ever want to revisit Nice.

Mireille et son mari m’ont accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse et simplicité. La chambre est petite mais contient le nécessaire et offre une vue époustouflante sur la ville. Les moyens de communication sont assez faciles. Les commerces nombreux pour le ravitaillement sont en bas. Il vaut mieux faire ses courses avant de rentrer. Je reviendrai certainement . Merci à tous deux pour ce chaleureux accueil.

We had an amazing stay with Mireille. The location is great since the public transportation is a five minute walk away and the hosts are wonderful. They were incredible nice, welcoming and would bend over backwards for you if needed. The washing machine is also a really nice addition. The only downside is the bed not the most comfortable, but fine for a short stay. Otherwise the space is great and the water pressure and hot water were abundant. One of the best things is seeing the sunset out of the window! Thanks for everything Mireille!
