Hello my name is Shanniegail. I work in the big warehouse retail sector. I usually work 9-530 and have Wednesday, Thursdays off. After work I like to chill with a movie or my favourite TV series so I like quiet in my living space. I have two grand baby pugs who I visit on my days off. I am a mother of one adult daughter who is 34 years old she lives with her spouse. I have 2 bedrooms for students. Both come with a double bed. All rooms come with chest of drawers, nightstand with a lamp and student desk and chair. The lower level living room is for the students. It has a double size lounge sofa bed for chillin and watching tv on the 43” television with an Android box to watch movies and tv series. The dining table is also in the lower living room. There is a half bathroom in the lower level for the students to share and the main floor bathroom is for showers ONlY. All utilities, wifi and insurance is included in the fee. My home is 10 walk to the bus stop and a 5 min ride to get the University Centre. Students who reside with me need to love dogs and must be independent, someone who keeps their space and all common areas clean and organized. I clean the students bedrooms and bathrooms every Thursday morning. Minimum length of stay is 6 months. It's very hard on my baby(pug) to have people coming and going.
