Karen is a lovely host and we were very pleased to meet her. She was very understanding and compassionate to our needs. The room was great and had everything you could possibly need (appliances, full kitchen, automated blinds and a stereo!) It’s by a busy road, but if that doesn’t bother you, you won’t find a better place in Falmer!

Karen was an amazing host with a wealth of knowledge of the area. She was able to direct me to the closest shops as well as the multiple transports links close-by. The studio room itself was extremely pleasant and with the A/C Unit made the stay during the summer very manageable! I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a comfortable place to stay with excellent transport links to the city centre!

It's been a real pleasure to stay in Karen's house. The location is great, near train and bus station to Brighton. Karen is very kind and helpful and the house is just perfect with everything you need, very light and clean. We definitely recomend it! Thank you again Karen :)
