We live in a 4 bedroom house 5 miles from the centre of Bristol. 3 miles from Frenchay campus and 5 miles from Southmead hospital. We are very family oriented , we have 3 adult children who have families of their own . And 9 grandchildren ,our eldest grandson who is 12 has been living with us since he was 3 years old and keeps us young at heart . We share our home with our lively Doberman Sky , who Is a complete bundle of energy and extremely affectionate. We also have a cat ! We have 1 medium sized room with two single beds , and a single bedroom . we have a large kitchen with separate dinning room, and a comfortable lounge with wifi throughout , a large garden which is well kept and ideal for a bbq on a warm day. During the summer we have an outside seating area with gazebo for shade . Colorful plants . We are a happy family and enjoy spending quality time together, we love the beach or walks with our dog in the nearby countryside. We enjoy day trips with the grandchildren , going to adventure parks or taking them swimming. We have a lovely park within a 10 minute walk , with a cafe and lots of social events. We have been hosting international students for over 17 years and have been lucky enough that they want to come back to visit us . We have met some truly wonderful people. We are also happy to welcome under 18 year olds, I have worked with children in various roles , and I have a kind and caring nature . Bristol is a vibrant city with so much to see and do, a city of culture and diversity. Come and explore all it has to offer , you will not be disappointed. Christmas is magical in Bristol , come and experience our famous Market . Stalls full of unique gifts and tempting treats . Warm yourselves with a luxurious hot chocolate. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our home.

I enjoyed my stay ,although i kept myself to myself as i was visiting a poorly husband in hospital the family and atmosphere was most welcoming.

Michelle and Andy have been great! Everything was ready even though we booked at the last minute. We could simply park in front of their place and go in. Their place is just over 10 minutes drive from the city centre. They also have a big, friendly dog.
