WE live on a quiet road a few minutes away from Manhattan by Ferry. 3BR available with spacious living and dining room, kitchen and a private one and a half bathroom. Additional Service fee and Cleaning fee is $ 150 per stay. Available Weekly house keeping as needed or as per request with $120 fee. Otherwise cleaning up after your mess is appreciated. Cleaning supply is available for use. Changing bedsheets linens and towel are available upon request with $25 fee.

It was great! I think that Staten island - the best place to stay in NY. 25 minutes on free ferry to Manhattan. The hosts are helpful and kindly people. Apartment is very big, clean and comfortable. Thank you, Nenita and Alvin!

Great location, and very nice people. It is right next to train station. They have amenities like fridge and kitchen. A/C in room only, it can get pretty hot.
