I live in this house that has 3 rooms with lots of light, complete bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is very well connected with metro in the door line 8 that goes directly to the airport and Nuevos Ministerios and line 9 that runs from the north to the south of the city. Also buses in the door that communicate with the center and the main areas of the city. The area is very well stocked with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and even Gym at the door. There are parks and walking areas. A very cheerful area. Preference way of payment through Paypal or transfer and in cash to the delivery of keys.

All prepared and organized before! Clear, tidy and comfortable house. Good location, well commuted and about 15 min. from the Santiago Bernabéu. Kind and respectful host! Fully recommended.

Super séjour. Rocío est une hôte très très gentille, chaleureuse et généreuse. C'est une femme prête à rendre service et très disponible pour passer de très bons moments avec toi et discuter pour améliorer ton espagnol! Un séjour inoubliable auquel je ne m'attendais pas. Je recommande vivement cette adresse qui a été plus qu'une adresse pour moi! Ma seconde maison!!

Realmente disfruté viviendo en el apartamento rocio durante 3 meses. Rocío y su compañero Miguel son dos personas muy agradables, que me ayudaron y me aconsejaron cuando lo necesitaba. Son personas muy generosas con las que la pasé muy bien. Yo recomiendo !

wow! Qué increíble! Yo reservado el homestay de Rocío antes de llegar a España, antes me preocupe por la dueña, no sabía si sea simpática o no. Pero después de llegar aquí, me parecía muy cómoda la casa! Rocío es una señora muy amable y guapa jaja!) Muy buena experiencia!)

Mi estancia en la casa de Rocio y Miguel fue fenomenal, son muy hospitalarios. La habitacion es muy bien y se siente realmente como en su propia casa ! Los recomiendo ! Super séjour, Rocio et Miguel sont très accueillants et adorables, la chambre est très bien et on se sent vraiment comme chez soi ! Je les recommande !

Rocio & Miguel were very welcoming and made my stay very pleasant. I would recommend them as hosts, and definitely consider staying with them again when I'm visiting or passing through Madrid.
