We are a family of 6, and we live in a huge Queenslander home, complete with a swimming pool, and a great breakfast! We have renovated the front of the house into a huge suite to accommodate a single, a couple or a small family of up to 5 pax. The Suite has the following : Queen Bed 5' (sleeps 2) Bottom bunk double size bed 4' (sleeps 2 small people) top bunk single sized bed ( sleeps 1) Aircon in summer Heater in winter Warm fleece robes in Winter 42 inch OlED tv with free to air channels and Netflix Free Wifi (a bit slow in this area) En-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (newly renovated) Cupboard for storing your stuff Kettle Microwave Minibar fridge Bath towels Beach towels You own private entrance and key Direct access to the swimming pool Daily buffet continental breakfast served from 8-10am each morning. Continental breakfast consists of bread, jams, butter, honey, peanut butter, cereals and muesli/granola, milk, seasonal fruit, juice, seasonal cheese/ yoghurt, coffee and several types of tea. We offer really comfortable beds and quality sheets, towels (with both a bath towel and a beach towel each per guest), free wifi, aircon in summer, extra fleece blankets in winter. It is expected that you will have lunch and dinner out, probably at the numerous theme parks or beaches. No washer or dryer in your suite, so we offer one basket of laundry (not more than 7 kg per day) done for you daily. Just leave it with us when you come to the deck for breakfast. Smoking is allowed, but not inside the house. We have a smoker's corner at the top of our garden. Our guests usually do their own exploring, and carry a key to go in and out. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have and arrange car rental or theme park tickets for you. We get these at reasonable rates from the local agent. The house is set in a very central location, we are very near bustling shops and busy beaches, yet, sitting on our deck sipping a cup of coffee, you will feel like you are surrounded by nothing. We are : 15 minutes from the famed Burleigh beach. 10 minutes from Broadbeach 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise 15 minutes from Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary 20 minutes from Seaworld 25 minutes to Movieworld 40 minutes to Tambourine Mountain 5 minutes to Robina Town Centre, largest mall in Gold Coast. We have a great contact for car rentals as well, $65 per day fro a Nissan Tiida; $100 per day for an MPV (8 seater). Pick up and drop off of vehicle at Gold Coast Airport. All prices inclusive of insurance and gps.
