My husband and I offer guest the opportunity to stay with us in Castle Comfort, close to the dive centres, in a medium sized double bedroom in our family home. There is also an option of a twin room. We live in a lovely quiet area about 500 feet above sea level with a lovely view of the Caribbean sea. Although we are close to the town centre of Roseau, once you reach our suburbs, it seems like a million miles away from the busy (worth a visit) Town centre. From our house it is easy to explore Dominica as you can take a bus to town and change to other buses that takes you all over the island. We are 20-25 mins drive away from many spas and hiking trails and spectacular waterfalls. We are walking distance from the sea front, where a number of restaurants and bars, as well as diving centres, are located. We can make arrangements with our regular drivers to transport you to locations around the island at the cost of a private taxi. Our home is very welcoming. There is a fully equipped kitchen which guests are free to use, a modern shower room, balcony with lovely sea views and a small garden. For your comfort, their are mosquito screens on all windows allowing fresh air to come in and insects out. All rooms have air-conditioning for your comfort if required. There is also a wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy drinks in the evening and watch the wonderful sunsets. For those who want to relax indoors in the evenings, there is a TV in the room. If you want to stay connected, there is also free wi-fi. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with draws and there is a small side lamp. We also have ironing and washing facilities. Although breakfast is not included in your stay. From time to time we provide a light breakfast and juices at no extra cost.
