Very clean and comfortable room, close to bus stops, free gym, indoor pool and sauna, in suite laundry. Very safe, 24 hours security inside and outside the building. 30 min by bus to Broadview or Eglinton subway stations , steps to 2 bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants Fully functional kitchen with access to a huge variety of modern appliances and tools. Close to Greek Town and Aga Khan Museum. I am 48 years old, working as a nurse. I speak English, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, German . I like to meet new people , new cultures and I will do my best to show you Toronto and make you feel comfortable. So come over and I'm sure you will like here ! Florentina

Very welcoming and accommodating, with over 20 years' experience in this great Canadian city, Tina will be able to show you the best spots, from beaches to festivals and other activities. Always smiling, you'll feel right at home in a place full of good spirit. 30 min from downtown by bus, quiet spot and the room is top-notch. I had the pleasure to stay with Tina in her cool apartment for a couple of weeks. The location is fantastic because you just need about 20-30min(depending on traffic) to go to downtown. There is a very nice park more or less infront of the house and a mall is about 15 min walking distance away. One of my favourite spots, the Danforth(Greek town) is just about 15-20min by bus away. Her apartment is absolutely clean and she has always a helping hand and a good advice for newcomers to Canada. I had a wonderful time and I will book her place again as soon as I will be back in Toronto. Christian from Austria

I really enjoy these days in Florentina's house. She is a lovely girl who makes everything easy. She helped me to manage first days. I am pleasure to meet her ;) The house is located in a good neighborhood, supermarket near, bus stop in 5 min and you get the downtown in 30 min! A very enjoyable stay. I was made to feel very welcome. Florentina is easy to get on with and very friendly. The apartment was very clean with comfortable living quarters. It was good to have full use of the kitchen and the availability of the gym and pool was great. Communication was quick and the apartment easy to find. Thank you DC
