We live in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and offer short term rentals to Post Grad Students attending the USB. 1 x self catering suite equal to a bachelor flat. A Deposit of 50 % is required within 24 hours to secure this booking with the balance of payment on or before arrival day of arrival. Each suite has either 2 twin beds or 1 king size bed; - Guests need to confirm which is required on booking confirmation Sleeper couch/cot available on request at R100 pn; Kitchenette - bar fridge, microwave, two plate stove, (fully fitted mini Kitchen) Iron , ironing board , hairdryer - dstv – wifi and adsl network . Each suite has a full en suite bathroom – bath and shower All suite's have their own entrance which open onto the sparkling pool;(come and go as you please ) no having to go thru the main house; Guests have access to both inside AND outdoor braai / barbeque facilities, Also the exclusive use of a snooker – pool room JUST for the guests plus 2 x outdoor gazebos to enjoy breakfast , lunch ,dinner or braai –or just relax and enjoy the tranquility of the setting ! Ample parking – (not enclosed – but dog guarded ) Our street is regularly patrolled by ADT. We are situated in a quite cul-de-sac.– Our suite's are serviced daily from Mon-Friday - on week-ends AND public holidays self service prevails ; We change the linen & towels once a week (or when necessary); We do offer Shuttle Pick-up & drops at R150 per trip. – as well as breakfasts and we are also able to arrange dinners . Ask for our long term rates We are extremely centrally situated in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town – 10 minutes away from Tygervalley Mall –(movie houses / restaurants –you name it Tygervalley `s got it )also just minutes away from Wine route, Golf course ,Velodrome and lovely forest walks. 15 minutes away (car)from the University of Stellenbosch Business School/campus .(or a pleasant walk is possible ) The N1 motorway is also just 10 minutes away , leading you into the Mother City OR the wine routes of The Cape .
