Very UPSCAlE neighborhood on a large piece of property. Covered parking for your car. Pool surrounded by patios and chaise lounges. Stainless Steel Natural gas barbeque outside and fully equipped kitchen inside the Main House. All you will need is your clothing and personal items. Designer Turn Key Ready. Instant Charm. I rent to well mannered men or women who respect their surroundings. People that are looking for somewhere safe and without the commercial noise. long Term people like it here too. Contract IT people or engineers often book my property for several months. If I have an opening I rent to vacation people short term. Those rates are seasonal October through March check with me for your dates and I will give you a price. They like it here because of my knowledge of the city and I can suggest fun things to do. It is a very quiet Estate and could be described as a Retreat yet just 5 minutes to Kierland Commons the biggest shopping and restaurant upscale area of Scottsdale. Also a short drive to West World. South Scottsdale is also very close a ten minute drive. Centrally located to both North and South Scottsdale. My room prices change with the season. Summer rates are lower and winter rates are higher. Snowbirds flock to my area in the winter because it is sunny all the time and they like to avoid their cold climates and the snow. Ask for my season and off season pricing. Please note: * I don't hold a cell phone only a landline phone. My listings are single occupancy. It's geared toward the traveling solo person who wants a quiet and safe stay. No Pets. The coyote population is a risk for animals and I would never want anything to happen to someone's pet. Thank you for understanding my No pets policy.

Diane is an excellent host and in my free time made time to show me around which was great and very unexpected. I was on a course while there and the room was lovely and quiet ~ perfect for studying with a big desk by the window. The locataion was fantastic with lots of restaurant and stores near by. I hired a car and found it very easy to get around. I will remember my stay fondly!

I stayed at her house about one week. Actually she let me use Chinderella castle! It is the cutest house I've ever seen!! I enjoyed this stay very much. Diane took me a lot of places and made my week. I really appreciate to her. I strongly recommend to stay her house if you have chance to visit Arizona!
